SEC_YYYYMMDD.TXT File Description: Hourly averaged ion sectored count data as measured by the Wind/LEMT sensor are listed for H, He, O, and Fe ions. Data format is tab-delimited text file, whose 8-digit name is yyyymmdd that gives the year, month, and day of the launch time of the primary coronal mass ejection (CME) for given solar energetic particle (SEP) event. Wind/LEMT is a 16-sector sensor. The first sector follows the local magnetic field direction. An offset of 11.25 deg, however, should be added to its longitudinal angle phi(1) (i.e., phi (1) = 11.25 + phi(B)).
