The gsetomc.exe programme
This programm is used to transform MF data known in the GSE system to
GSM system. To run programme under DOS type on the COMMAND line:
gsetomc name1 name2 , where
name1 - the name of input file containing the MF data of FM3I
         magnetometer in GSE system;
name2 - the name of output file with MF data transformed to the GSM system. 
This programm does not require any additional files.
