The fm3gsec.exe programme
	This programm allows to transform the MF data obtained with
FM3I magnetometer and known in the S/C frame, to the GSE system.
To run the programme, type on the command line under DOS:
fm3gsec <attitude file> <mag field data file>. 
Both  MF data file and attitude file must be in the directory which
is used to run the programme. 
        The output of programme run is written in the file created in the 
directory which is used to start the programme: 
        fm3gse.dat
