The IDL code used in this study can be found here This code contains several hard coded paths which should be changed prior to usage. The code is specific to Wind data sets and as such uses specialized reading routines which are not included in this package. The reading routines are part of a much larger IDL library. If you are interested in that library please visit our source code repository and view the "idl-misc" library.
